♥ Baking cum Eating

pineapple tarts~! pineapple tarts~! i love my mother's homemade pineapple tarts.. the best of all, she uses 'estimation' to make.. when i asked, "How much of ... we need to add?", she will say "agar agar la~" heh.. xD

my mother~! if you looked carefully, she's actually smiling.. i wonder who just said dont bring camera in~she's quite camwhore wor~! that's my mother~!

that's the flowery shaped tarts.. i was the one who put the 'balls' pineapple filling on the tarts.. do no underestimate wor~ i had tried.. but it seems most are irregular spheres..oh well, this shows they are handmade.. well.. handmade by me..

after baking, i had done QC with the tarts.. Quality Check is important.. it was suppose to contain the ugly tarts.. but as you can see, there's one.. what happened? it seems there's another container for these tarts; my stomach~ xD

this photo shows that i was fanning the tarts.. i have to wait till it is cooled before i put in containers.. actually, as i am typing, there are more in the kitchen.. i am waiting for them to cool down.. 'i' because my mother's sleepy.. she has just turned in for the day.. so early~

this is from the first batch.. i had put them 'nicely' in the container..looks alright.. hehe.. it tastes good tooo~

and now, i thought it was a good baking session.. er.. baking session for my mother.. baking cum eating session for me!! *glutton*
