♥ wednesday day-off
when you described a dot on the cheek.. it's either a dimple or a pimple.. i like the former.. though the latter is what i found in my reflection from the mirror this morning.. one reason of this disastrous phenomenon is that i have not been sleeping well..
sooo.. on my day off today, i refused to wake up.. just like what i did on monday.. BUT! i know, cy.. i am suppose to meet you.. i had written on your tag board, which clearly indicates our agreement to bake brownie and, to my surprise, donuts.. i kicked myself out of my warm bed before my daddy turn on the air-con to increase my level of reluctance to leave the room.. once again, the supermarket we shop before we start our major project is tampines mall ntuc fair price.. *staring at fel and cy* we stood there and wondered the difference between confectioner sugar and icing sugar, but i decided that they are the same thing with different names.. which is kind of correct if you ignore the details since they are all fine sugar..
we started with donuts, since it was the one that required a longer time..
looks alright, but it turn brown very easily.. and it tasted like cake rather than donuts.. =( so cy's brother, whom suan-ed me for the whole day and i think is a cannibal, proposed to bake it.. why? because he insisted that donuts are baked, not fried.. believe you me, it is suppose to be fried.. deep fried!
soo.. after baking, it's like this..
which tasted good with jam.. haha..
next up, it's brownie~ yeah!! i always wanted to try making brownie.. this is the picture of the first batch of brownie.. we brought almond instead of walnut to add in as i thought it was suppose to be almond.. but thereafter, as we went four leaf to check the mini world brownie, it's walnut.. now i know, i guess..
but cy's brother whom was the guinea pig AND the fake expert today insisted that it's not quite done again.. so.. in the end, it was burnt.. =(

and the picture, i thought it looks classic.. sizzle~ let's try roasting next time.. xD

next part of the day, i had to go for a job interview, before my agency blacklists me.. sigh.. and it's all the way at science park road, near clementi.. near nus though.. this reminds me how much i missed the school.. sigh.. why do i keep sighing? you might ask.. screwed up the interview.. when they asked me questions, i stunned.. then i thought fel and hy would have done well easily.. since fel istalkative outspoken and hy could flood every sentence with her vocabulary which i have to refer to my dictionary to decipher her.. please be reminded, the previous sentence is a compliment.. =p
for dinner, i met up with zy (ZhiYuan).. how long has it been? since the last class outing! ha! but his message surprised me.. i thought he wanted me to buy insurance from him for a moment.. we talked a lot, just like the old times.. ahh.. so nice to update myself with his life right now.. since we are walking different journey even though we started from the same starting point..
anyway, i had "ban mian".. why is it so? we always had this after class at tampines mart during jc days.. those were the days.. thus, my choice of dinner for the day..
but it reminds me of lj's (LingJie) arm.. becareful with hot stuff! >.<

zy headed back for his "work" as a full time national service man.. (hey! i used MAN not boy!) he's helping with NDP.. i am already looking forward to it!
the last 30 mins of the day (before midnight), i watched neo angelique abyss.. the second tv programme of the day after blue planet.. heh..
